ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!! Thank you for your warm support! We've celebrated our one year anniversary with special reserved menu and people on AUGUST 21,2005. This event was publicized to customers of AHI SUSHI by a flyer. It was a special event with "Premium Sake and Food Pairing Lunchoen and Dinner". It was a little lecture by Mutual Trading about cultural aspects of sake, characteristics of sake brands served, and pairing with the dishes. Attendees praised the delicate harmony of palate and brand sake. They requested this event to be repeated! (You can see some pictures by clicking the photo above.)
